Members coming (going) is registered automatically upon presentation an identifier to the biometric terminal of access control: fingerprints or/and IP-cards. The working time is considered in accordance with the operating schedule and account policy.
The BioTime is supplied with already configured schedules, policies and a list of the most common positions. With the help of convenient and plain means of administration new operating schedules and account policies are created, a list of positions is expanded.

Confirmation of the presence at the work place
A member scans his/her registered fingerprint at the stated intervals, periodicity of regular biometric identification passage is determined by the BioTime administrator
Moduled structure
Provides for optimal configuration of the BioTime according to the demands of a certain customer. At any moment the existing system maybe be enlarged by the administrator with new positions and/or points of registration of clocking in and out

Is confirmed with the certificate «Compatible! Program system 1Ñ:Enterprise». Versions 7.7, 8.0, 8.1 support. Export of working time registration data from the BioTime into 1Ñ, import of personal data (names, positions,sections) of members from 1Ñ into the BioTime

BioTime components:
The BioTime Manager — administrator working station. Member registration, their 1. personal (incl. biometric) data, forming of working time schedules and account policies
The BioTime Clock is a «checkpoint» (to be installed at the reception).
The BioTime Remote Server is an additional program server (for installation 3. in a distant branch office).
Remote registration of personal data of members
Members of distant branches do not need to gî to the central office to be registered in the BioTime system: all the necessary data is registered on the spot, forwarded to the centre, where it is inserted into the BioTime.
Territorial structure support
In combination with the BioTime server the Remote Server in the distant office operates any BioTime modules (checkpoints of members clocking in and out, workplaces of administrators, security guards, etc.).
Automatic consolidation of reports
Worktime registration data of members of every distant office is automatically transferred to the head office, where it is consolidated in the central server of the BioTime system for the following formation of the unified accounts of the company as a whole.
Registration of the administrative hierarchy
BioTime reports are formed according to the complicated organization hierarchy (offices inside departments, sections inside offices, etc.).
Separation of managers rights
In addition to the standard managers profiles (administrator, system operator, etc.) "subtle" setup of roles and corresponding authorities of managers is provided.
